At the Original Pancake House Seattle  we serve a delicious variety of pancakes, crepes, fluffy omelets, benedicts and Belgian waffles. Signature dishes are the German style oven-baked Dutch Baby Pancake and the cinnamon glazed Apple Pancake. Other favorites are biscuits with home-made sausage gravy, corned beef hash, quarter-inch thick sliced bacon, and fabulous green chile. We also offer gluten-free pancakes, fresh fruit, and hand-squeezed juices. It is our constant objective to serve you the finest pancakes available anywhere. Everything is made from scratch. Pancakes will melt in your mouth. The Crepes are divine and the fresh fruit is a specialty that we are building a reputation for. We strive to create an environment that offers a clean, friendly atmosphere with quality food & consistently great service.
