We put up a new review section on our Original Pancakes site. Not may restaurants have this. We get so many personal letters from our fans and customers, we thought “what the hey” (Richie Brockelman Rockford files). Lets start our own review section and see what happens. My wife and I ate at your restaurant (on Canyon Blvd. in Boulder) for the first time this morning and we wanted to let you know about our experience. Our waiter’s name was Cedric and he provided us with some of the best service that either of us have experienced in a very long time. Cedric was friendly, courteous and seemed to really enjoy his job. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and his recommendations were on point and very appreciated. Overall, he made our experience enjoyable and we will return. It is becoming rare to find good service these days, and we wanted to make sure that you knew how much we appreciated someone who appeared to genuinely enjoy his job.

Founded in 1953 by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke in Portland, Oregon. Drawing upon their many years experience in the culinary field and comprehensive working knowledge of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes, they were able to offer a unique and original menu which has gained national acclaim and remains unchanged to this day. These recipes made from scratch daily, demand only the very finest of ingredients such as pure whipping cream, fresh Grade AA eggs, hardwheat unbleached flour, and our sourdough yeast.It is our constant objective to serve you the finest pancakes available anywhere.
