Original Pancakes Boulder
We were visiting our daughter and grandchildren in Boulder, CO, this past week, and had the privilege of dining in your Boulder restraunt. Not only was the restaurant clean and attractive, we had EXCELLENT, very pleasant service. Your server, Susan, is to be complimented and commended on her superb attention to our large party of 6, meeting every need, and even treating us to some crepes while we waited for our order. She was just delightful, and really added to the enjoyment of our visit.
We also had the privilege of meeting Shannon Fitzpatrick, who personally came to our table to greet us and make us feel welcome. She gave us some wonderful insights and background information on your first restaurant in Portland, OR, which we hope to visit in the near future!
We enjoy the Original Pancake House here in Bend, OR, where we live, so we knew we would also enjoy your restaurant in Boulder, CO.

Original Pancakes Boulder
My wife and I ate at your restaurant (on Canyon Blvd. in Boulder) for the first time this morning and we wanted to let you know about our experience. Our waiter’s name was Cedric and he provided us with some of the best service that either of us have experienced in a very long time. Cedric was friendly, courteous and seemed to really enjoy his job. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and his recommendations were on point and very appreciated. Overall, he made our experience enjoyable and we will return. It is becoming rare to find good service these days, and we wanted to make sure that you knew how much we appreciated someone who appeared to genuinely enjoy his job.
